Working with Malou has been amazing. As a first time office manager handling a large scale construction project and having to move 100+ people to a new space, it was great to know that Malou was on my team; she had things under control, was organized and a great resource for me. She has a lot of connections in the Bay Area, from vendors, space planners, construction guys, handyman, movers, sign makers…you name it, which makes it easy to find the right person for what you need. She was able to stick with our strict budget and provided cost saving options when possible. Also, since this was my first time doing anything facilities related, I was able to lean on her for best practices and general questions. I really felt like Malou was looking out for me if someone wasn’t providing exceptional service, or was there in my corner if something was going wrong. We always were able to work together to come up with a solution for the issues that (always) arise during a construction project or move.
