Over the years, I’ve worked with Malou several times on office set-up, moves, and general maintenance type projects. This spring was my biggest project thus far, a full office move to a new office, and she was the first I brought on to help plan, advise on vendors, and to help manage the project. An office move has a surprising amount of constant details that need to be planned for and managed, especially as our new building has many requirements. We needed help from space planning, procurement, electrical, IT, painting, signage, etc. Plus, handling all the contracts, following up on specs, and troubleshooting can take a lot of time. All of this was done on a tight schedule. And while I put a lot of time into the project too, there is no way I could have done what we did without her help. More importantly, she has a vast network of contacts so she was essential to identifying quality and cost-effective vendors. This saved a lot of time, money, and headaches. Malou is very easy to work with. She remains calm within the storm always keeping an eye on what next steps need to happen by when. I’m SO happy we had her for this! I can’t recommend her enough.
